About the event
This 90 minute presentation will begin with a tai chi, and qigong class lead by Susan Lake, from The Discovery Portal, a non profit organization, focusing on elevating the human spirit through the life changing practices of Qigong, Tai Chi, and meditations. This will be followed by a 30 minute immersive sound bath experience led by Lisa Botts, teacher and owner of The Sukha Life Kundalini yoga and wellness center, in Palm Springs. The event will include a gift bag filled with healthy care products, refreshments and fun!
